Thanks to two generous grants from Target and NV Energy, we were able to provide a ton of great giveaways and experiences for kids in attendance. We worked with the Opportunity Village Button Brigade to produce 1,000 buttons and hand-stamped hundreds of books for kids to write and draw in, using their wildest imaginations. We received further support from Vegas PBS Kids, in the form of pencils and rulers, and lined up with their Writers Contest. Mitch and Amy of Somersault Letterpress were on-hand to do hands-on table-top letterpress demonstrations with the kids. But even before that, they were working round the clock to produce these incredible perforated mini-books filled with incredible interactive challenges. It was a blast, and we're ready to do it again, this year and many years to come.
